Our monthly HOA meetings occur on the third Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm-7:30pm via zoom.

Our HOA meetings are a great way to stay connected and involved in what’s happening in our neighborhood. We follow a simple, organized agenda where we share updates, talk through projects, and make decisions that help care for our community. There’s also time for homeowners to ask questions and share input—we welcome you to join, listen in, and be part of the conversation.

Our Annual HOA Meeting is the one time each year we gather in person as a community, typically held in October at the neighborhood gazebo. During this meeting, we review important updates and hold elections for board members. To conduct official business, we need at least 43 households represented—either by attending in person or by submitting a proxy to our property management company. Your participation, whether in person or by proxy, helps ensure our neighborhood can move forward and stay well-managed.
