NOTE: Annual election of the Board will take place at this meeting. Mark your calendar now. The bylaws require  a  minimum of 43 homeowners to vote in order to have a quorum. 

UPDATE: A QUORUM WAS REACHED AND A NEW BOARD WAS NOMINATED. POSITION WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE NOVEMBER MEETING
